MediaTakeOut.com learned from producers of the film Gang Of Roses 2: Next Generation that R&B singer Cassie auditioned for, and was offered, one of the leading roles in film. The movie is the sequel to the highly popular Gang Of Rose Western.
But get THIS. According to our snitch, even though Cassie WANTED to be in the movie, alongside Amber Rose, Teyana Taylor, Christina Milian, she TURNED IT DOWN.
Why, you ask? Well the snitch claims that the role had to first be reviewed by Diddy and his camp. And at the last minute, Diddy (knowing there would be a lot of men on the Western set) nixed the idea, and Cassie was left without the role.
So what is the official word? When asked about this matter, director Jean Claude LaMarre, who's been busy with several films this year, "We were gonna do something with her, yes, but it didn't work out at the end. We wish Cassie and her music well".
DANG Cassie . . . you're turning down MOVIE ROLES for that dude????
