Chelsea target Moses seeks to talks with Martinez as Wigan refuse to budge on £10m fee

Victor Moses wants talks with manager Roberto Martinez as Wigan continue to block a move to Chelsea.

Wigan have turned down three bids, the latest of £6.5m.

Moses has his heart set on the move but Wigan want £10m as 20 per cent of the profit will go to former club Crystal Palace.
