She is never too far away from controversy and Rihanna made sure she was centre of attention once again, earlier today.
The Talk That Talk singer stepped out of her central London hotel today in a pair of eye catching shorts.
The 24-year-old, who was recently said to be the reason behind a very public bust-up between Chris Brown and Drake, arrived in the English capital ahead of her scheduled appearance at Hackney Weekender.
A scruffy looking Rihanna, who is set to appear on Oprah Winfrey's chat show this summer, was spotted heading out in a very loud pair of tiger print shorts which she teamed with a short black American football jersey.
The laid back style of clothing was out of character for the Bajan-born star who is often seen in revealing costumes both on and off the stage.
Her choice of top, which had New York emblazoned on it, may have been a sly message referring to the fact that she doesn't really want to be in the country.
Rihanna is set to headline at BBC Radio 1's Hackney Weekender, on Sunday evening, but she confessed on Twitter that she wanted to stay in New York.
She said: 'I'm in LONDON bitchesssss,' followed shortly by 'I didn't wanna leave NY! I kept missing my flights hehehe.'
As she made her way to a recording studio with her entourage, she had a cheeky smile on her face suggesting she was over the bar brawl which took place at New York club WIP, last week.
The fracas between Chris Brown and Drake's entourages happened just before 4 a.m. in the morning, as the last song was playing.
According to TMZ, Chris and Drake were hanging out in the VIP section when the Toronto rapper allegedly began pointing and yelling at the 23-year-old singer.
Brown yelled back, both entourages rushed in, shoving ensued, bottles went flying, and finally fists were thrown.
Five people required medical attention, including Brown who suffered a chin gash, his bodyguard whose head was injured, and an innocent Australian tourist named Hollie C who needed 16 stitches for her head wound.
WIP got just as beaten up and by the time the fight was through the Manhattan club's floor was littered with busted up tables, broken mirrors, and shattered lighting.
Drake's rep released a statement claiming a rapper named Meek Mill was responsible for the brawl -- not him, but, according to TMZ, Brown and his lawyer gave the New York Police Dept. detectives 'physical evidence' proving Drake's involvement.
