Geo Security Company (T) Ltd Arusha Branch, the company that is growing rapidly in Tanzania wishes to recruit suitably qualified candidates for the positions of Branch Accountant and Sales Representative. We invite applicants who are result oriented, dynamic and self driven with proven track records and attributes to excel in a highly competitive environment.
1. BRANCH ACCOUNTANT
Main Duties & Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all related accounts duties and cash administration
- Invoicing and money collection from the Company Clients/Customers
- Prompt and accurate invoicing to Clients/Customers and issuances of monthly statements
- Timely and accurate receipting of cash and cheques from clients/customers
- Timely processing of payments
- Reconciliation of daily collections and ascertaining revenue completeness
- Reconciliation and analysis of Clients/Customer accounts
Minimum Qualifications and Experiences:
- Basic University degree in a Business related field
- Possession of a professional accounts qualification
- Minimum 4 years practical experience in accounts management
- Knowledge of SAP or DTI system will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work under minimal Supervision
2. SALES & CUSTOMER CARE REPRESANTATIVE
Main Duties & Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain sales of Company products, i.e. Security Guards, Alarm Systems, CCTV Cameras, - Electric Fencing, and any other
related Security equipments
- Identify and meeting of Customer needs
- Daily sales reconciliation and clients managements
- Coordination of customers and management
Minimum Qualifications and Experiences:
- Form Four and above
- Diploma/certificate in Sales and Marketing from an identical college.
- Minimum of 2 years practical experience in Sales field
- Fluent in both English and Kiswahili
