Jaji Mihayo alisema alitenga muda wa kuongea na watoto wasichana waliodaiwa kubakwa na Babu Seya na wanawe na akagundua kwamba watoto hao walikuwa wamelawitiwa na kwamba tendo hilo lilikuwa limefanywa kwa kipindi cha miezi kadhaa.
Alisema aliwasikiliza watoto hao na akapata picha kamili ya kilichoendelea katika matukio hayo na pia aligundua kwamba wazazi wa watoto hao hawakuwa wanajua mwenendo wa watoto wao.
Alifafanua kwamba baadhi ya vyombo vya habari vilikuwa vikitoa ripoti isiyo sahihi ya kesi hiyo na akasema kwamba kama waandishi wangefanya uandishi wa kiuchunguzi, wangeweza kupata ukweli wa tukio hilo, “Kibaya ni kwamba waandishi hawakulichunguza tukio hilo kiundani, vinginevyo wangeweza kupata ukweli wenyewe,” alisema Jaji Mihayo.
Alisema uandishi wa kiuchunguzi unakosekana Tanzania na akawaomba wanachama wa vyombo vya habari nchini kusoma hiyo ripoti mpya ya ufuatiliaji wa vyombo vya habari vya magazeti iliyozinduliwa na MCT kwa nia ya kubaini mapungufu yao katika eneo la kuripoti habari za uchunguzi na kuyasahihisha.

Alisema kwa kuwa Mahakama hiyo haikuwa na mamlaka ya kuamua kuhusiana na shauri hilo, ilipokea ukweli wa mwanzo wa shauri hilo na ikauwasilisha Mahakama Kuu, “Kwa kweli ni mimi ndiye nilikuwa mwenyekiti wa kesi hiyo kama Jaji wa Mahakama Kuu na ndiye niliyetoa hukumu ya mwisho (ya kumhukumu Babu Seya na wanaye kifungo cha maisha),” alisema.
Alisema wakati akizisoma nyaraka na mwenendo wa kesi toka katika mahakama hiyo ya chini (Mahakama ya Kisutu), aligundua kwamba kilichokuwa kikisemwa na watu mitaani ulikuwa ni uvumi tu, “Si kweli kwamba kulikuwa na ofisa mmoja mkubwa katika duru za serikali ambaye alitoa shinikizo kwa Majaji lililowafanya wafikie kwenye tamati hiyo ya kumhukumu Babu Seya na wanaye kifungo cha maisha,” alisema.

Wenger: Arsenal commence new era.
Arsene Wenger feels Arsenal are at the start of a new cycle in the club's history after bringing in a group of new recruits he says they "couldn't survive without".
The Gunners boss has endured a harsh summer, in which the club lost Cesc Fabregas and Samir Nasri, before witnessing his side crumble at the hands of reigning Premier League champions Manchester United in an 8-2 defeat. However, after bringing in five new players on transfer deadline day and eking out a 1-0 win over Swansea last weekend, Wenger believes his side are now able to march into a new era.
"We were a team on the up and that was not rewarded last year because we were a bit hungry to go for all four trophies. But the basic quality was there and we were certainly very close to winning last year.
"We were suddenly hit by major departures that were not planned so we had to review a little bit just with the injuries we had. We couldn't survive without buying players and the players available had a bit more experience than what we usually do.
"It starts again because we have taken five players, but we have invested as well.
"Our highest investment has been in Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, a young player. We have the work permit for Ryo Miyaichi - we will not give up on our youth policy," he said.
Arsenal will head to bottom club Blackburn on Saturday boosted by the return of duo Alex Song and Gervinho from their domestic three-match bans.
Wenger understands the challenges ahead, as he aims to guide the club back into the top four. The first step, he says, was taken with their first win of the season as the Gunners bounced back from their Old Trafford "humiliation".
Wenger said of the United defeat: "Emotionally it was very hard to take, but the football significance of a big result is very small.
"It is a humiliation, but apart from that, when I have been involved in a game when we have beaten a team by six or seven, they have done well afterwards, also we have lost some big games as well and then did well after.
"The most difficult is to show consistency, in any sport, and we have managed to do that above and beyond expectations and nobody else has done better than us on the consistency level."
On a personal level, Wenger concedes his performance throughout this testing season will be minutely monitored by supporters and pundits alike. It is a situation the Frenchman has learned to become at ease with.
"I judge myself by giving my best of intelligence, experience and commitment to the club and after I let other people judge what I do.
"At the end of the day you know yourself at the end of the season whether you took the maximum out of the team and their potential," he said.
The Arsenal manager, though, accepts patience is very much a virtue in the current footballing climate.
Asked how long he felt the club's new cycle would be given to deliver success, Wenger quipped: "In the modern society - zero days."

Andre Villas-Boas claimed on Friday his Chelsea bosses really would have lost the plot if he ended up being judged on the outcome of Sunday's Premier League clash at Manchester United.
Villas-Boas insisted nothing would be decided by this weekend's showdown at Old Trafford in terms of the title race and also played down the significance of his first touchline confrontation with Sir Alex Ferguson.
Sunday's game arguably represents the biggest challenge of Villas-Boas' fledgling managerial career. The 33-year-old has been at the top of his profession for barely two years and will be squaring off against a man who will celebrate a jaw-dropping 25 years in charge of United in less than two months. That will not prevent Villas-Boas coming under fire if Chelsea are beaten on Sunday but the Portuguese prodigy branded any resultant pressure from above as unjustified.
"Any manager who is judged after five games of a season, there's not something wrong with the manager but something wrong with the people who run clubs,'' said Villas-Boas, who is all too aware Roman Abramovich is not the most patient of owners.
Defeat would see Chelsea slip five points behind United, with a victory putting them a point clear Yet Villas-Boas, who looked as relaxed today at his pre-match press conference as at any point since taking charge of the Blues this summer, said: "Anything that comes out of this game won't mean anything. It might play to the motivation to the team who wins, or both if we draw, but let's wait and see.''
United have flown out of the blocks this season, breaking Chelsea's record-breaking start by notching 18 goals in four straight Premier League wins.

Those emotions can spill over to the touchline but Villas-Boas was keen to play down the impact he or Ferguson would have on Sunday's proceedings.
"I don't think it can be reduced to two managers taking on each other,'' he said. "Our importance in the game is minimal. It's for the players to exploit their talents and enjoy their game.''

It seems that Jay-Z will not have his first child with Beyonce Knowles. And that is because the rapper is fathering a lovechild son with his former girlfriend Trinidadian model Shenelle Scott. Furthermore Jay-Z’s son is named Isa Jael.
The revelation was made by Shenelle’s ex-boyfriend Malik Sayeed during an interview for Star magazine.
“When the boy was born Malik thought it was his child. Everyone knew that Shenelle was not very loyal. They had a DNA test performed and it emerged that the baby was fathered by Jay-Z.”

I’ve known Kasseem since 2007. We met at Solange Knowles’ (whom I do not associate with) birthday party in Houston, TX. A gentleman from Kasseem’s entourage approached me and said that someone wanted to talk to me. After I asked who it was, he pointed at Kasseem. I knew he was “Swizz Beatz”, but I did not know anything else about him. I gave him my phone number and he called me right away and invited me to eat at Katz’ Deli on Montrose Blvd. The next morning, he invited me to accompany him at Radio One (979 The Box) for his interview. Afterwards, we went back to his hotel room but we DID NOT HAVE SEX. A couple of hours later, he had to leave so he could catch his flight. He hugged and kissed me in public as if he were a single man.
Fast forward to a couple of weeks later. He invited me out to Miami with him and I gladly accepted. I met him in Dallas and we flew to Miami together. My last minute ticket placed me in coach and his ticket placed him in first class, but he switched his first class seat with the guy sitting next to me so he could sit next to me. In Miami, we stayed at his friends beautiful home. This is where we became sexually active and this is where I found out he was married. He snuck me through the house and it was all odd to me until I found a gift with Mashonda & Kasseem’s name on it. I asked him later on why he was cheating on her and he basically said she wasn’t being the wife he needed. He also said that if she asked if he was cheating, he would not lie to her, but he wouldn’t come right out and tell her.
After that trip, he invited me to meet him in Philly. I was picked up from the airport and taken to a club where he was performing at. Him and his crew jumped in the truck and we drove to VA from there. In VA, we got on a tour bus and drove to multiple destinations. After that, I flew back to Miami, he got sick and I got stranded in the Miami airport overnight. I flew back home to Houston the next day.
Later that week, he went on an overseas trip with Mashonda. I received a call from him saying “My wife is about to call you. Tell her nothing happened.” When Mashonda called me, this is exactly what I did. He did not contact me after that. They got a divorce and although we stayed in contact afterwards, there was nothing too drastic. I’m guessing this is when he was dating Alicia. Recently, we’ve been contacting each other (as you’ve all seen), but I haven’t physically seen him. We were making plans to, but I had to work and I wasn’t going to take off work to go see him. I live on my own, I have responsibilities and I strongly believe that if you are not contributing to those responsibilities, there is no reason for me to neglect them to entertain you. I am a very independent individual and the people who know me will tell you that I would never hold my hand out and ask for anything and if I do, I have a very hard time doing it.
Even though Swizz offered and offered and offered to buy me things, the only thing I accepted was plane tickets to go see him. He’s a wonderful man and I had a great time with him as well as a great relationship. Of course he’ll deny the whole thing and of course Alicia will stand up for her man. It’s understood.

T.I. Released From Federal Custody; Sent To Halfway House.
T.I. has been released from federal prison and sent to a halfway house, almost two weeks after he was accused of improper behavior, by leaving the Forrest City, Arkansas prison on a luxury tour bus.
The rapper's lawyer Steve Sadow told TMZ.com that they proved to officials that T.I. did not intentionally violate the conditions of his transfer to the halfway house.
"We have good reason to believe that this favorable result was reached because of the proactive and assertive approach taken to protect T.I.'s rights by providing B.O.P. officials and the media with reliable and accurate information and that T.I. did not intend to violate his transfer furlough or any other B.O.P. rules en route from the prison facility in Arkansas to the halfway house in Atlanta," Steve Sadow told TMZ.com
In related news, T.I. has teamed with HarperCollins to release new book titled
"Power & Beauty."
The work of fiction tells the tale of two friends who grew up in Atlanta. The book, which was authored by T.I. and co-writer David Ritz, is due in stores in October.

My inspiration to photograph people with albinism is based on personal admiration of them as beautiful people.
Beauty, as a study in aesthetics, is an entity which is adored, or has characters that are refered to beauty. These can either be individual or in a civilization, that involve the interpretation of some entities as being in balance and harmony with nature. The interpretation may lead to fealings of attraction and emotional well-being. Therefore, beauty is a subjective experience, and it is always said that « beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
Biologically, albinos are people who lack pigment in their skin, eyes and hair. According to biological findings, majority of albinos are dying at the age of 40 mainly due to skin cancer and sun burn. The genetic disorder causing albinism also results in abnormal vision and, nystagmus which is an involuntary eye movements.
Albinos in Tanzania face two major problems. The first problem is genetic disorder in relation in relation to the environment. This shortern their life as sun burn and skin cancer make them die earlier. The second major problem is the killing from fellow human beings.
There is a tendecy of some people to think of the power of witchcraft in realizing their success dreams. In connection of the albino killings, witchcraft is the main source of the killings. Unfaithful witchdoctors usually tell their clients about the use of albino body parts in making medicine for them to be rich and successful. This makes the demand of the albino body parts go up and increase the killings.
Those who kill the albinos believe that, the albinos have magical power in the superstition and wichcraft which, the perpetuators apply so as to increase their fortune. These include unmanly gold miners and fishermen in the Lake Zone and people in other businesses elsewhere in the country are trading in the body parts of albinos, including limbs, skin, hair and genitals, which they believe enable them catch more fish or strike huge precious minerals.
Albinos don’t enjoy the right to free movement and residency within the country. They are forced to be Inside their houses, go into exile or look for refuge in different places, in fear of being killed. Fear and lack of security, makes albinos more poor economically and psychologically tortured. Some 57 people with albinism have been murdered in Tanzania in recent years.
This state of insecurity for albinos, inspired me to photograph those who have run from their homes for safety, at Kabanga Disabled Centre, in Kasulu, Kigoma, in a style that I portray their beauty and dignity. I use the FRAME as a statement of « a life in a restricted environment.» They decided themselves on how to hold it.
According to Modest Magere (44), the head of the center, in 2008, the Kasulu District Council, decided that Kabanga Centre should host albinos who free their home for safty following an increase of albino killings in different parts of Kigoma and the neighboring regions. The centre therefore, is provided with night police patrol.
I, personally belive that, the chategorization of a person as beautiful, albinos included, whether on an individual basis or by community concensus, is often based on some combination of inner Beauty, which includes personality, intelligency, grace, politeness, charisma, integrity, and elegance, and outer Beauty, which includes physical factors such as health, youthfulness, facial symetry, and complexion. Albinos are no exceptional to these qualities, and they deserve to be adored as beautful and loved.

EXCLUSIVE: Wigan can't train after thieves steal their balls.
Thieves have left a Premier League club’s stars without footballs two days before a match.
Wigan’s squad ran out onto their training ground on Thursday to find 48 balls has been pinched.
Boss Roberto Martinez had to send his players for a jog as staff searched for replacements ahead of Saturday’s clash at Everton.
The culprits had made off with four bags, each containing 12 Nike balls, which had been left in the middle of the training pitch.
A spectator said: “One of the groundsmen came over to me and asked if I had seen four bags of balls. He said they had left five bags out but when the players came out, there was only one left.
“It was hilarious. The goalkeepers arrived first, took the one remaining bag and started practice. When the rest of the players arrived, they were just standing around with their hands on their hips. Some of them started wandering about looking for the missing balls.
“When the manager, Mr Martinez arrived, I said to him, ‘Where are the balls?’ He said, ‘I don’t know, but the police are on their way.’ Later, someone arrived with some replacement balls.”
It is believed a side gate had been left open, allowing the thieves to sneak in sometime after 10am.
No one at the club was available for comment, but police confirmed they had received a report of the theft.

BINGWA mtetezi wa Ligi Kuu ya Vodacom, Yanga baada ya kuanza na mwendo wa pole jana imefanikiwa kupata ushindi wake wa kwanza kwa kuichakaza African Lyon mabao 2-1 katika mchezo wa ushindani uliofanyika kwenye Uwanja wa Chamazi, Mbagala jijini Dar es Salaam.

Gerrard poised to make Liverpool comeback.
Liverpool skipper Steven Gerrard is finally ready to be unleashed on the Premier League, after coming through a specially-arranged practice game unscathed.
But manager Kenny Dalglish insisted there will be no automatic first-team return for the Kop idol after a seven-month absence with a groin injury.
The Reds boss explained that he will now have to judge when the time is right to put the midfielder back into the starting line-up, given the lack of game time under his belt.
And that points to the inspirational Anfield star being on the bench for the visit to Spurs on Sunday before getting a much-needed run-out at Brighton in the Carling Cup on Wednesday.
Dalglish confirmed Gerrard played the behind-closed doors match on Monday without incient, and has been training hard the past few days.
“Steven came through the training match no problem. He trained this (Thursday) morning no problem,” the Liverpool boss explained. "Now it is all about timing and common sense
“We have always said that we have got to manage the situation, not just with Steven but for everybody. Everybody wants to play.
“But if you have been out that long, you may as well wait until it is right. We are not trying to be anything other than totally realistic and honest in our appraisal with Steven.
“We are not going to get ahead of ourselves here and start talking Steven up [only] for him not to play. That would then be seen as a disappointment.
"We will just take our time now, and put him back in when the timing is right for everyone.”
The mere fact that their skipper is back in action will give a much-needed boost to Liverpool, as they prepare for what will be one of the key games of their season.
Spurs, along with their north London rivals Arsenal are the Reds’ main rivals for a top four place, and Dalglish is looking for another victory to go with the fine win over the Gunners at the Emirates.
He believes the presence of Gerrard can only help his team achieve that.
“If you have got someone like Steven in your squad, it is going to raise the profile and the standard,” he explained.
“We want to have a really strong squad and him being in it makes it much stronger. A fit Steven Gerrard strengthens this football club, no question.
“There are players who you will always appreciate what they have done for the football club and he is certainly one of them. He has done as much for the club as anyone else.”
Dalglish may yet spring a surprise by using Gerrard at White Hart Lane but, with his midfield firing, the cup tie in Brighton seems a more likely option.
The Liverpool manager also has Martin Kelly back to replace the injured Glen Johnson, with scans confirming the England right-back will be out for at least a month with a hamstring tear.

Fabregas: I never said them things about Arsenal.
Barcelona midfielder Cesc Fabregas has DENIED giving an interview in which he was quoted as saying it was "hard to see" former club Arsenal winning the Premier League or Champions League "in the near future".
The Spain international, who returned to his boyhood club this summer, was reported to have told Sport magazine that uncertainty over the Gunners' short-term goals played a part in his decision to leave.
However, the 24-year-old took to Twitter this evening to deny ever making such comments.
He posted: "Id never speak 1 bad word abt AFC, here there's once more prove that so many people put in newspaper wtv they want and its not professional.
"I want Arsenal to be successful as much as every single fan. Thats not why i left, it was never in my mind. AFC made me who i am today.
"And nobody will ever change that. I never gave any interview away since my press conference at my presentation and there i just said the truth and what came out of my heart. Great words abt this great football club cause that just what they deserve: success and trophies.
"People can h8 me 4 leaving or remember that i gave my all for the club. But me talking 1 bad word or saying smthng against AFC will not seen."
Fabregas was quoted by Sport magazine as having said : "I want to be in a club that is able to win the big titles year after year and I don't see that kind of future for Arsenal.
"I still have many feelings for Arsenal, but I fear that they won't be able to push the other big clubs in England away.
"If you look at the team this season I can't see them finishing in front of teams like Manchester United or [Manchester] City, or Chelsea. There's just too big a difference between the squads.
"I respect that Arsenal don't have the same financial opportunities as the others, but it was part of my decision to leave that I find it hard to see Arsenal winning the Premier League or Champions League in the near future."

Vodacom yadhamini mafunzo ya waandishi wa habari za michezo mkoani Morogoro
Meneja Uhusiano na Habari za Mtandao wa Vodacom Tanzania Matina Nkurlu akizungumza na waandishi wa habari leo katika ofisi za Shirikisho la Soka Tanzania (TFF) kuhusiana na udhamini wa Vodacom wa milioni saba kwa Chama cha Waandishi wa Habari za Michezo na Burudani Tanzania(TASWA) kwa ajili ya udhamini wa semina kwa wanachama wake, pembeni yake ni katibu mkuu wa Taswa Amiri Mhando.
MAFUNZO kwa ajili ya waandishi wa habari za michezo yatafanyika mkoani Morogoro Oktoba 1 na 2 mwaka huu chini ya udhamini wa Kampuni ya simu za mkononi ya Vodacom Tanzania.
Katibu Mkuu wa Chama cha Waandishi wa Habari za Michezo Tanzania (TASWA), Amir Mhando, amesema leo wakati akizungumza na waandishi wa habari Dar es Salaam kuwa maandalizi ya mafunzo hayo yanaenda vizuri na wana matumaini yatakuwa na manufaa makubwa.
Aliishukuru Vodacom Tanzania kwa udhamini wake na kusema ni hatua nzuri katika kutekeleza mikakati ya TASWA kuendesha mafunzo kwa wanachama wake na waandishi wa habari za michezo kwa ujumla chini ya kauli mbiu ya chama hicho isemayo: TASWA Mafunzo Zaidi.
Alisema mafunzo hayo yatahusisha washiriki 40 kutoka mikoa ya Dar es Salaam, Morogoro na Pwani na kuongeza kuwa mwanzoni mwa Novemba pia wataendesha mafunzo kama hayo mkoani Arusha yakihusisha washiriki kutoka Tanga, Arusha, Kilimanjaro, Manyra, pamoja na baadhi ya washiriki kutoka Dar es Salaan.
Alieleza mwishoni mwa Novemba TASWA itaendesha pia mafunzo kwa wahariri wa habari za michezo, ambayo yatakuwa nje ya Dar es Salaam na kwamba mkoa husika utatangazwa baadaye.
Alielezea kuwa mafunzo ya Morogoro na Arusha yatahusisha masuala ya maadili ya uandishi wa habari,, masuala ya sheria za mambo ya habari na sheria za michezo mbalimbali.
Alisema washiriki wataelimishwa namna ya kuripoti habari za michezo ya mpira wa wavu, kikapu na riadha na kwamba kama mambo yataenda vizuri pia utaingizwa na mchezo wa ngumi. Alieleza kuwa wakufunzi katika mafunzo hayo ni baadhi ya walimu wa mambo ya habari, wahariri wazoefu, wanasheria na pia wakufunzi wa michezo mbalimbali nchini.
Kwa upande wake Meneja Uhusiano na Habari za Mtandao wa Vodacom Tanzania, Matina Nkurlu, alisema kampuni yake inajisikia fahari kubwa kudhamini mafunzo hayo na kuwa itaendelea kufanya hivyo kadri watakavyoweza na kuwa mafunzo ya Morogoro yatagharimu kiasi cha sh. Milioni saba.
“Vodacom Tanzania inajisikia fahari kwa kudhamini mafunzo haya kwani hii siyo mara ya kwanza kwa Vodacom kudhamini mafunzo ya aina hii, ambapo mwaka jana tuliendesha mafunzo na wahariri wa habari za michezo.
“Mwaka huu tunadhamini mafunzo ya TASWA yote haya tukiwa na lengo la kuboresha tasnia ya habari, mafunzo ya Arusha pia tutadhamini, lakini bajeti yake itaangaliwa zaidi,” alisema Nkurlu.
Naye Katibu Msaidizi wa TASWA, George John alisema katika mkutano huo kuwa, chama chake kimeamua kuendesha mafunzo hayo kwa ajili ya kuwoangezea uelewa zaidi waandishi wa habari za michezo.
“Mafunzo yatasaidia sana kwani kwenye ripotingi yetu mfano mchezo wa mpira wavu huwa wengine wanauliza wameshinda kwa mabao mangapi? Wakati kule huwa ni mambo ya seti si mabao,” alisema John ambaye pia ni Katibu Msaidizi wa Chama cha Mpira wa Wavu Tanzania (TAVA).

Sir Alex: De Gea will face Chelsea
Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson praised Anders Lindegaard's performance in the 1-1 Champions League draw with Benfica, but hit out at perceived criticism of his fellow goalkeeper David De Gea.
Lindegaard impressed on his debut in the competition as United came from behind to draw in Lisbon, with Ryan Giggs equalising after Oscar Cardozo's opener.
Lindegaard's performance only served to highlight question marks over big-money summer signing De Gea, though, following the Spaniard's hotly-debated start to the season.
Asked whether Lindegaard had given him a selection dilemma in choosing between he and De Gea in goal against Chelsea this weekend, Ferguson told ITV1: "No, not at all. David De Gea will play on Sunday. That was the understanding we had before the game, and it doesn't change.
"I don't know why you ask these questions, you're just looking for stupid little things. Anyway ... it proves we have two terrific goalkeepers.''
Ferguson said of the match: "Going a goal down but coming back was the good part of the game for us, in the first 30 minutes of the second half we played very well, maybe we should have finished it then.
"In the last 15 minutes they came into it and Anders made two terrific saves to keep us into it.''
Lindegaard was pleased with his night's work.
"It was very amusing, great fun and that's the most important part of why you play football - fun,'' he said. "I enjoyed it very much, it was a great night. It's a great stadium to play at, a very loud audience and also I could hear our own fans which was nice. This is why I came to United, to play these kind of games.
"There's always a bit of nerves and if there isn't then it's not that enjoyable. It makes me feel alive. I'm satisfied with my performance, just a bit sad that I didn't save the first goal.''
Asked about challenging for the first-team spot, Lindegaard said: "What answer do you expect to that question? I've said a thousand times before I'm not here to pick my nose.''
Mancini: We were nervous
Roberto Mancini expects an improved performance in Manchester City's next Champions League match versus Bayern Munich after admitting his charges were nervous against Napoli.
City made their Champions League bow at home to Napoli on Wednesday night, claiming a 1-1 draw versus their Serie A opponents after Aleksandar Kolarov's free-kick cancelled out Edinson Cavani's opening goal.
Mancini's men are next in European action on September 27 when they travel to Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich, who opened their Group A account with a 2-0 win over Villarreal, and the Italian coach is predicting a more accomplished display at the Allianz Arena.
He said: "I think we can do better in Munich because it is the second game. This game was important for us and I think we were nervous, all the club was so nervous.
"I think we played very well in the first half but in the first 15 minutes of the second half we conceded a lot of space to Naples. They were really dangerous and they scored a goal.
"A team like us can't concede goals like this. When we lost that goal we didn't have any midfielders in front of the defenders. I think it is important for us to play simple football. If we play simple I think we can play better, score goals and not concede any chances.
"For 10 minutes we left a lot of space for Napoli players. After that I was happy with our performance - as in the first half - when we played very well."

“Ilipofika saa 6:30 usiku (Jumamosi), aliniambia ‘dear usilale, meli inapoteza uelekeo’, yaani tulikuwa tunawasiliana hatua kwa hatua.”
Yahya alisema kuwa kuna kipindi cha kama dakika 15 hivi, alipitiwa na usingizi simu ikiwa mkononi na aliposhtuka alikuta ‘missed calls’ nyingi kutoka kwa Munira.
“Haraka sana nikampigia, alipopokea aliniambia ‘dear nilikwambia usilale utuombee, meli imeshaanza kuzama’. Nilichanganyikiwa, kwani ukiachana na sauti yake, kulikuwa na sauti za watu mbalimbali waliokuwa wanalia. Hali ilikuwa mbaya sana.
“Saa 7:07 usiku, mchumba wangu aliniambia, ‘dear yameshaingia ndani, ni hatari’, baada ya muda kidogo alisema, ‘dear maji hayo, tunakufa’, baada ya hapo hakuzungumza tena. Nikawa nasikia sauti ya mwangwi usioeleweka. Hapo nikahisi simu imemezwa na maji.

Meli ya MV Spice Islander ilizama Jumamosi iliyopita saa 7 usiku, watu zaidi ya 250 wameshabainika kupoteza maisha, huku wengine zaidi wakitajwa kuwemo baharini na miili yao haijaokolewa.
Zaidi ya watu 800 waliokolewa wakiwa hai kwenye ajali hiyo, hivyo kuonesha kwamba meli hiyo ilikuwa imebeba watu zaidi ya 1000 wakati uwezo wake ni abiria 645.

(Nimeandika makala hii nikiwa katika Benchi la Hospitali ya Mnazi Mmoja hapa Zanzibar. Mniwie radhi kama kuna spelling mistakes kwani nilitaka hisia zangu ziwe as raw as possible - Zitto Zitto and not Zitto a Politician).
Jana asubuhi tarehe 10 Septemba 2011 Taifa liligubikwa na habari za kushtusha za maafa. Mwanzoni taarifa zilisambaa kwamba zaidi ya watu 2000 walikuwa kwenye Boti MV Spice Islander lililopinduka na kuzama mbele kidogo ya Nungwi likielekea kisiwani Pemba. Habari hazikuwa za uhakika sana kwani vyombo vyetu vya habari na hasa Televeshini ya Taifa havikuwa vikitoa habari juu ya ajali hii.
Habari zilisambaa kupitia mitandao ya intaneti na kufuatia uchu wa habari nilianzisha #ZanzibarBoatAccident katika mtandao wa twitter ili tuweze kufuatilia kwa karibu habari zote za ajali hii.
Habari zilisambaa kuwa Televisheni ya Taifa ilikuwa inaonyesha muziki wa Taarab na Baadaye vipindi vingine vya kawaida bila kutoa habari kwa Umma kuhusu msiba huu.
Watanzania waliokoa wakiwasiliana kupitia twitter na facebook walikuwa na hasira sana na kituo cha TBC1 kutoonyesha au kupasha habari juu ya ajali hii. Mpaka saa moja jioni kituo hiki cha Televisheni ya Taifa kilikuwa kinaonyesha watu wakicheza muziki wa Kongo, wanawake wakikatika viuno na hata
ngoma za asili.

Binafsi nilipotembelea Hospitali ya Mnazi Mmoja niliweza kumwona Binti aliyeitwa Leyla, akisoma darasa la Nne huko kisiwani Pemba. Leyla alipona, aliokolewa. Nilimwambia leyla atapona na kurudi Shuleni. Mpaka ninapoandika tumeambiwa kuwa Watanzania 240 wamegundulika kupoteza maisha na zaidi ya 600 wameokolewa.
Napenda kuwapongeza sana waokoaji wetu, wavuvi wa kijiji cha Nungwi na vijiji jirani, wamiliki wa mahoteli waliojitolea vifaa vyao kwenda kuokoa watu na wanajeshi wetu wa majeshi ya ulinzi na usalama kwa kazi hii kubwa ya kuokoa. Kwa kweli tumeokoa watu wengi kuliko ilivyotarajiwa. Serikali ya Mapinduzi Zanzibar imejitahidi sana, ilitulia na kuonyesha uongozi thabiti katika juhudi za uokoaji.
Rais wa Jamhuri ya Muungano wa Tanzania akafuta ziara yake huko Canada, ziara iliyokuwa imeandaliwa muda mrefu na kwa gharama. Lakini Rais aliona ni vema kupata hasara kuliko kuwa nje ya Nchi kipindi hiki. Hakutaka hata kumtuma Makamu wa Rais au Waziri Mkuu. Alifuta. Akatangaza siku 3 za kuomboleza.
Hata hivyo waandaaji wa Miss Tanzania waliona hasara kubwa kuahirisha shindano la Urembo usiku huo. Wangepata hasara! Hata wafadhili wao Kampuni ya simu za mkononi ya vodacom ambao miongoni mwa waliofariki wamo wateja wa vodacom, waliendelea na shindano hili.

marehemu wetu.
Nimeamua kutotumia simu yangu ya Voda kwa siku nzima, sina njia ya kuiadhibu Kampuni hii isipokuwa kugoma kutumia simu yao japo kwa siku moja kuonyesha kutoridhishwa kwangu na uamuzi wao wa kutojali msiba huu kwa Taifa.
Misiba huweka jamii pamoja. Msiba huu uliotokea Zanzibar ni jaribio kubwa kwa Umoja wa Taifa letu. Shirika la Utangazaji la Taifa limeshindwa jaribio hili la kudhihirisha Umoja wetu katika kipindi hiki. Nataraji wakubwa wa Shirika hili linaloendeshwa kwa kodi watawajibika au kuwajibishwa!
Jumla ya Majeruhi na marehemu sasa inafikia zaidi ya Abiria 800! Asubuhi ya jana 10 Septemba 2011 tuliambiwa na Serikali kwamba uwezo wa Boti la MV Spice Islander ilikuwa ni abiria 500 na wafanyakazi 12. Pia tumejulishwa kuwa boti hili lilikuwa la Mizigo na sio la Abiria.
Natumai mara baada ya kumaliza maombolezo haya ya siku tatu Wakuu wa Mamlaka zinazohusika na usafiri wa Majini wa Serikali ya Mapinduzi Zanzibar watawajibika au kuwajibishwa. Mkuu wa Bandari ya Zanzibar Mustafa Aboud Jumbe na Waziri wa Miundombinu Hamad Masoud wanapaswa kufukuzwa kazi mara moja kama hawatawajibika wenyewe kwa kujiuzulu.
Kufukuzwa kwao kazi hakutarudisha ndugu zetu duniani bali itakuwa ni somo kuwa hatutarudia tena kufanya makosa yaliyoleteleza ajali kama hii.
Mwenyezi Mungu atupe subira wakati huu wa msiba mkubwa katika Taifa letu. Alaze roho za marehemu wetu mahala pema peponi na awape unafuu wa haraka majeruhi wetu.
